Building on this success, she co-founded JAM (Just Another Magazine) alongside her husband, aimed at capturing the essence of youth culture. With astute editorial vision and entrepreneurial spirit, they carved a niche in the market. JAM quickly gained traction, resonating with its target audience and establishing itself as a go-to publication for the young demographic. Her journey reflects a fusion of business acumen, creativity, and a deep understanding of audience dynamics.


"Stay Hungry Stay Foolish," published in 2008, marked a significant milestone in Rashmi Bansal's literary career, thrusting her into the spotlight.
