About the Author
Dr. Ramesh Chandra Sahu (M.A. Ph.D, LLB, PGDCA), Lecturer in History Department, Sri Bharat Pati(Degree) Mahavidyalay, Samantiapalli, Ganjam, Odisha was born in1973 in village K. Nuagan near Chikiti, Ganjam, Odisha.

He is the author of Odisha's Struggle for Independence, Europe History (15th centaury to 20th centaury A.D). He has edited the books like a New Look in Odisha, India at a Glance, An Untold Loss By Corona. He has presented and participated in numerous seminars, conferences at national and international, local and state levels.

He is a life member of Indian History Congress, South Indian History Congress and  Odisha History Congress. To his credit a large number of research papers have been published in several historical journals and proceedings in India.

Some chapters of his writing have taken place in book of Indian Women Through Ages, published in New Delhi, Odisha- past and present published in Bhanjnagar (Ganjam). Tribes of India –problems and prospectus (special reference to Odisha ) published in Kolkata so far.
